为确保“3+1”核心指标常态化高位运行，坚持常规执行与专项执行相结合，10月17日，邓州法院再次开展“豫剑执行”攻坚四季度专项执行行动，本次执行对10万元以下小标的案件精准发力，坚决打击恶意规避、逃避执行、拒不执行行为。

其中申请人袁某某与被执行人崔某某为借款合同纠纷一案，立案后，执行员告知被执行人崔某某应按照判决文书尽快履行义务。崔某某表示，其与申请人袁某某存在诉讼中的其他关联案件，请求暂缓执行，待二人纠纷经法院审理判决后再做处理。为核实崔某某请求是否属实，执行员还专门与崔某某提供的相关案件法官取得联系，在确定案件确实存在并已定下开庭时间后，执行员与申请人进行沟通，申请人表示谅解，双方均自愿同意待相关案件审理结束后再继续执行。后通过对相关案件的不断跟进，执行员发现相关案件已于10月初作出生效判决，驳回了崔某某的诉求。执行员遂告知崔某某相关案件已有结果，督促其尽快履行生效判决文书确定的义务，但其一直迟迟不履行。工作人员决定再次对其采取拘传措施，将其拘传到庭后，被执行人崔某某扔拒不履行，执行员果断决定对其采取拘留措施。
