【TechWeb】2月16日消息，自去年11月OpenAI公司发布人工智能对话模型ChatGPT以来，全球范围内引发了一场关于人工智能的热烈讨论。知乎数据显示，短短三个月，知乎上“ChatGPT”话题下的讨论已经累计高达10.3万，总浏览量超过2.1亿，逼近2015年以来“AlphaGo”话题下讨论浏览量的总和。

比如，OpenAI中国员工、知乎答主Trinkle分享了ChatGPT是怎么训练出来的。他透露，ChatGPT并不像外界传言，有几十个博士进行训练，“核心的训练人员只有十几个人”。

作为其中一员，他的主要工作是，“在整个强化学习的训练里，对系统进行一些优化，让它跑得更快，用最少的GPU最快地跑完强化学习的训练”。

关于AI最终能不能取代人？他认为：“理论上最终能做到和人一样。”但现阶段的AI只是单纯的输入输出，相当于一个程序。“距离电影里面那种具有独立思维的模式还差得很远。”

在“有哪些职业是 ChatGPT 无法取代的？”的问题下，创新工场董事长李开复总结了10种“高枕无忧”的工作，10种“有惊无险”的工作，并提出了在后ChatGPT时代拯救自己职业的通用法则。

关于国内行业发展的预测，前谷歌人工智能研究院科学家、现西湖大学特聘研究员蓝振忠在知乎回答称：“ChatGPT的训练方法目前有大模型研究经验的团队应该都知道怎么做了，只是需要更多的机器和更长的时间去训练。并且大模型的训练所获得的收益是会越来越少的，也就是说虽然OpenAI会投入更多的钱去开发后续版本，但由于后面的训练会越来越难，所以我们后面只要持之以恒地去跟，是可以跟上的。”
